The hotel is centrally located with easy access to attractions and public transportation, making it ideal for exploring the city. However, cleanliness and comfort could be improved, and the proximity to a seedier part of town could be concerning when walking back in the evenings.

The hotel had a great location, making it convenient for North or southbound travelers off the motorway. Although the rooms were not very clean and needed an update, the staff was welcoming. The dining experience was okay but could have been improved. Good value for money overall.

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were noisy and not fully ready upon check-in, but the staff did their best to help. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with both friendly and rude encounters. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center, but some noise could be heard. The location is excellent, around the corner from SkyCity and a short walk to Queen St, but there were disturbances from the number of homeless people in Auckland Central. The dining options were varied, with some nice offerings but also room for improvement like a savory option for toast.

The Hotel combines convenience and comfort in a central location, making it a great choice for a stay. The rooms were smaller than expected but still clean and satisfactory for a short visit. Despite some service mishaps, the friendly and helpful staff stood out. The hotel's setting allowed easy access to different parts of the city, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The dining options offered decent, though not extravagant, meals. Overall, a good value for the price paid.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel as it was centrally located and close to all the main attractions and shopping areas, making it very convenient for travelers.
